The metropolises have their own smorgasbord of events leading up to Christmas and the end of the year, as the celebrations peak through the holiday season. And Middle India won’t be left behind.
With the nondescript Chhatarpur – a satellite town of Jabalpur – set to host The Dog Day Afternoon; a hipster’s day out on Christmas, featuring some music, an art exhibition, and an all you can drink booze-out.
All this comes to you for just 800 bucks (pre-sale, Rs 1000 at the venue), which includes cost of entry too. The party will kick up at the C12 Asola Farms in Chhatarpur at 12 pm on the designated day, and go on through till 8 in the evening.
The music at the event will be a mash up of various indie artists – some loved, some still getting known

It all sounds like a hoot and a half, something that the event Facebook page paraphrases as “A day to chill in the sun, a day to have some fun, a day to put in the pun, but please don’t leave a mess after u done. A tasteful concoction of art, music & cheer; while you have your cake and sip your beer”.
This is your first invitation. We don’t think you’d need a second one. Chhatarpur ho!
