Day 2 started early at VH1 Supersonic 2023. The first set opened at Cirque De Social stage with Mozez and Plan B playing together as a great team. The shaded and cool ambience had the crowd coming in in the afternoon heat of Pune. The duo managed to keep the energy up for a 4+ hours of the set.
Praise Jah soon started their set at 2pm at the Reggae stage. The stage being at the food and beverage arena, Praise Jah played some very uplifting music which clearly got people swaying and very much connected to the festive vibe of Supersonic even while enjoying their food.
Ranj X Clifr’s performance at the Nexa stage was one of the most appreciated performances of day 2. They had a powerful indie vibe going on from the beginning of the set till the end of the last song. Vocals were on point, and the music was on point. Since this was the opening act of the two stages’ arena, Ranj X Clifr’s performance was a perfect warm up to what was to come next on that day.
Right after that, the opening act of the main stage started with a banging performance by T.ill Apes. T.ill Apes performed wonderfully. They had the first hip-hop gig of the day which was later followed up with performances by other big stars like Seedhe Maut, Divine, and of course the headliner of the night, Tyga.
The audience section of the Main stage was fully packed for all the evening acts, having fans wait in the first few rows for over an hour for Divine and Tyga’s performances.
The Budx Stage also hosted some very good techno acts of the day, including Axl Stace, Nikhil Chinapa X Browncoat, Blot!, Hannes Bieger, and Camelphat. All of theses set had their own style of electronic music, so the variety was good on that stage. Nikhil informed the Superfans that this was the first time since the inception of the festival that he has agreed to keep his walkie-talkie aside and be on the forefront to play a set alongside his friend.
The Superflea saw many walk-ins turn into customers on day 2. Overall, it looked like a successful day for music, food, and entertainment lovers.
