15 artists across multiple genres, including Tajdar Junaid and Soulmate, to perform all over the city at the second run of The Gig Week in Mumbai this November, 3rd to 11th before heading to home ground of seven years – Delhi
in December. A new city for the festival has also been announced; The Gig Week is headed to Bangalore in January 2018.
Taking place at neighborhood bars, clubs and gig venues spread across the city, the traveling festival showcases a different genre and experience each weeknight, forming a sonic takeover of modern Indian cities that celebrates its
artists, music venues and people. The festival renewed its association with Jack Daniel’s and announced a new partnership with India’s leading beer brand, Budweiser. Tickets for the festival are available at insider.in

About The Gig Week
The Gig Week is an independent festival that was founded in 2011, for creating opportunities for young Indian talent from the alternative music space, while also enabling access to live music in India. The festival has evolved to adapt to musical discovery localized to cities, and is present in Delhi, Mumbai and Hong Kong, with an inaugural edition planned in Bangalore following January.
