He will lend his voice to actor Emraan Hashmi. Interestingly, Altaf might also play a cameo in the movie.

Confirming the news, Rajkumar Gupta said, “When I heard Amit Trivedi’s composition, we started brain storming on the correct voice. We felt the songs required an earthy and raw tone. I took Altaf Raja’s name as an example. Amit jumped when he heard it.” Manish Hariprasad, Creative Director, Studios, Disney UTV said, “It’s a great composition and Altaf’s voice really suits the song. Altaf’s songs have always worked for the masses and we feel that he singing for Emraan Hashmi will be a treat for the fans. We are planning a music video for the song with Altaf Raja doing a cameo with Emraan and Vidya Balan.“
