Alanis Morissette To Sing In Sanskrit

‘Ironic’ singer Alanis Morissette loves India and that has been voiced by her often enough. Now, she will take her love for India one step higher by singing in Sanskrit.

There is major buzz regarding this topic surrounding the Canadian singer who loves everything Indian. Apparently, her upcoming album will have a Sanskrit track. In the past, she paid tribute to India in her single Thank You from the album Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie (1998).

In the past, singers like Madonna have paid their tribute to India by singing verses in this historical language in her track Shanti/Ashtangi from the album Ray Of Light in 1997.

That’s something to look forward to, eh?
