Having hosted bands of different genres, be it International Metal, Indian Rock or Indie, the Saarang Rock Show is one of a kind in the country.
This year, the headlining act of the Rock Show is The Yellow Diary, a band alluding to all the different flavours of music in the Rock Show over the years. A band that derives inspiration from life itself, The Yellow Diary has created a name for itself in the Indie music scene.
Based in Mumbai, the alternative rock band is signed to Sony Music India and rose to fame with their hit ‘Marz’. The band has since released viral songs including ‘Buniyaad’, ‘Dheere Se’ and ‘Rab Raakha’. Often described as ‘poetry with rock’, the band combines profound lyrics with stunning rock sound spaces.
Having played in hundreds of shows around the country since their inception, The Yellow Diary is now ready to rock the virtual stage at Saarang 2021.
