He is back with his latest track “Break Ke Baad” and that’s what we are reviewing here.
“Break Ke Baad” expresses the constant struggle that all fitness enthusiasts face. It was conceptualized by Hitesh Rikki Madan’s wife Payal, who was struggling with her fitness journey. It is a peppy rock number that features an infectious groove and contemporary Hindi, English and Punjabi lyrics. “Break Ke Baad” actually has a very positive vibe to it. It’s bound to make you feel more energized and motivated towards achieving your fitness goals. Musically and lyrically, “Break Ke Baad has all the elements needed to flush your bloodstream with dopamine.
“Break Ke Baad” features happy riffs and catchy hooks that are bound to uplift your mood. The varied elements in the actual song writing process make it very emotionally relatable as well. The quirky lyrics are bound to bring a smile to your face and perhaps even serve as an inspiration for you to include sports and physical activities in your daily routine.
“Break Ke Baad” has an awesome part animation-part live action music video too. It features Hitesh Rikki Madan’s sons Ariv and Advay on the bass and drums respectively. The animation has been done by Nitin and Loveleen Chawla who took cues from Payal’s vision of the song. All the live action footage was shot at home itself, by Payal’s phone camera.
Recorded at ARIA The Studio, “Break Ke Baad” has been mastered by the internationally acclaimed recording engineer Chris Hesse (drummer of Hoobastank) based out of LA.
“Break Ke Baad” is the perfect track for putting you back on track towards your fitness goals, break ke baad. And just like your push ups and squats, one rep of this song won’t be enough. We recommend at least three sets of 15.
Verdict: A triumphant exercise.
